Personally the ambience and environment is wayyy better in primal, the nature sounds, people running away from animals, the huts and hideouts, etc. Primal has less content than far cry 4 though. Far Cry 4 has more content, Co-op, map creator, all up to you!
It takes about 15 missions to achieve that, so yes, seems very short. However, I try to see a bigger picture. FC Primal is about growing a new community of Wenja, and while killing the leaders of 2 rival tribes is certainly part of it, I believe the story is nowhere complete after that.
Sometimes the pack of wolves will have an extra white wolf with them it's fairly obvious. Go find wolf packs at night, they are practically always 2 black wolves and 1 white wolf. The striped wolves on the other hand are nearly Impossible to find. I can't find any white wolves, searched for 3 hours.
