Turn grill to medium heat, close lid and allow to get hot. (4-5 minutes) Place frozen burger patties on direct heat on grill, no need to thaw! Close lid and cook for 6 minutes. Open lid, add seasoning or sauce to burger patties (if desired). Flip burgers and add additional seasoning to other side (if desired).
For the beef burgers, I cooked each patty to 160° F —well-done but still juicy, and the temperature recommended by the Department of Agriculture for food safety. “You want to get enough heat Crumble 2 lbs (32 ounces) of ground beef into a large bowl and sprinkle in about 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Preheat grill to 500. While preheating, sprinkle small amount of salt and pepper to hamburger surfaces. Form two patties. Use thumb and place a shallow divot in each burger. Once preheated, place burger on grates, divot side down. Allow to grill for 5 minutes, undisturbed.

The internal temperature for a well-done burger should be about 160°F. If you’d like to add cheese, add it on top during the last minute of cooking and make sure to close the lid so it melts. Most importantly, like any other smoked or grilled meat, allow your burgers to REST for 5 minutes. Serve them hot with any and all desired toppings and
For a gas grill. If you’re cooking on a gas grill, always make sure your propane tank is full. Set up the grill by igniting 2 or 3 burners to create a cooler and hotter zone. Close the lid and allow the grill to preheat for 15 minutes. For a pellet grill LiwcAKm.
